Stage micrometers and calibration standards are available for transmitted and reflected illumination. Selected products can also be supplied with UKAS or NPL calibration certification where traceable measurement is required.
Recalibration services are available for suitable existing stage micrometers and calibration products, helping laboratories maintain traceability and confidence in their microscope measurements.
