At Auckland Scientific, we are committed to delivering your products safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Some specialist scientific equipment and laboratory products may have longer lead times, and customers will be notified accordingly.
Shipping Methods
We use reputable courier and postal services to ensure reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery charges and lead times
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. As our products are supplied by several specialist manufacturers, availability and delivery times vary. We will confirm the estimated delivery time after receiving your order. Some products may have a lead time of approximately 6–8 weeks.
Large, heavy or specialist orders may require pallet delivery, specialist handling or delivery from more than one manufacturer. If additional delivery costs apply, we will contact you to confirm the final charge before processing the order. No additional payment will be taken without your agreement. If you do not wish to proceed, the affected items can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch or special ordering.
Arranging your own collection or shipping
Customers may arrange collection using their own courier or shipping provider, subject to prior agreement with Auckland Scientific. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the collection address, package size, weight, availability and collection arrangements. The customer is responsible for booking and paying their chosen carrier and for ensuring that suitable transit insurance is in place. Responsibility for loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been collected by their nominated carrier. Contact us before placing your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt if any items are damaged, incorrect, or missing. We will work promptly to resolve any issues.
