AUC-500A Advanced Digital High-Performance Microscope

The AUC-500A combines high-resolution digital imaging, motorised optical control, a precision motorised stage and extensive analytical software within one integrated platform. Its four-objective configuration provides an exceptionally broad 20× to 7500× total magnification range, allowing users to move efficiently between wide-area inspection and detailed examination without changing instruments.

Designed for demanding industrial, electronic, materials and research applications, the AUC-500A supports rapid autofocus, real-time depth-of-field fusion, 2D and 3D imaging, image stitching, measurement, surface analysis and automated reporting. The supplied controller provides direct access to frequently used microscope and software functions, helping streamline repetitive inspection and documentation tasks.

Optical performance

The high-resolution zoom lens incorporates a motorised zoom system capable of carrying four objectives simultaneously. Automatic magnification recognition maintains the correct scale as magnification changes, supporting reliable measurement and efficient movement between overview and high-magnification inspection.

Please note: a 20× plan apochromatic objective is available as an optional accessory and is not included in the advertised AUC-500A configuration.

Camera, illumination and observation

Adjustable LED transmitted illumination supports the observation of suitable transparent samples.

Motorised platform

The standard frame uses clutch-control technology to hover at the selected viewing angle when its control is released. Its swing arm can be positioned through −90° to +90°, enabling angled and side-on observation without tilting the sample. Integrated angle recognition supports repeatable positioning. The supplied 120 × 100mm motorised XY stage does not include the optional stage-rotation function.

Included computer and software

The AUC-500A is supplied with an all-in-one workstation comprising a 28-inch 4K display, Intel Core i7 processor, discrete graphics, 32GB memory and 512GB + 1TB storage, together with a wireless keyboard and mouse. A CAN card/USB docking station and licensed microscope control and analytical software with USB dongle are also included.
