Advanced Routine Microscopy for Research, Teaching and Clinical Applications
The AUC-244 Series comprises high-quality biological microscopes designed for biological and medical research, teaching, pathological examination and routine clinical applications.
An infinity colour-corrected optical system, high-eyepoint PL10X/22mm eyepieces and infinity plan achromatic objectives provide clear, bright and comfortable images across the supplied 40X to 1000X magnification range.
The ergonomically designed stand incorporates low-position focusing controls, a stable mechanical stage and an adjustable NA 1.25 Köhler illumination condenser. The resulting combination supports accurate specimen illumination, comfortable observation and dependable everyday operation.
Precision Illumination
Adjustable LED Köhler Illumination
The standard NA 1.25 Köhler illumination condenser supports accurate alignment of the transmitted illumination system. Correct adjustment provides uniform specimen illumination, controlled contrast and efficient use of the objective aperture.
A high-brightness 3W LED lamp provides continuously adjustable transmitted illumination. The condenser incorporates slots for compatible phase contrast and darkfield insert plates.
The LED specification lists cool colour temperatures of 4750K-5500K and warm colour temperatures of 2850K-3250K.

The AUC-244B provides binocular observation. The AUC-244T incorporates a trinocular imaging port with a fixed 80:20 eyepiece-to-trinocular light split. Camera and adapter are optional.
