LED Fluorescence and Brightfield Microscopy in One Versatile System
The AUC-244F Series comprises high-quality LED fluorescence biological microscopes designed for biological and medical research, teaching, pathological examination and routine clinical applications.
An infinity colour-corrected optical system, high-eyepoint PL10X/22mm eyepieces and infinity plan achromatic objectives provide clear, bright and comfortable images. The standard B1 LED fluorescence module incorporates intensity adjustment and a convenient control for changing between fluorescence and transmitted brightfield observation.
The ergonomic stand, low-position focusing controls, adjustable Köhler illumination and secure mechanical design support accurate, comfortable and dependable operation during extended laboratory use.
Standard Fluorescence Configuration
B1 LED Fluorescence Module Included
Both the AUC-244FB-LED and AUC-244FT-LED are supplied with a B1 band-pass LED fluorescence module. The module includes fluorescence intensity adjustment and a control for changing between brightfield and fluorescence observation.
LED excitation illumination provides stable performance, low radiation and a long operating life. Additional fluorescence modules are available separately for other applications.

The AUC-244FB-LED provides binocular observation. The AUC-244FT-LED incorporates a dedicated fluorescence trinocular head with a fixed 50:50 eyepiece-to-imaging-port light split. Camera and C-mount adapter are optional.
