Controlled Heating During Observation
Clear observation without sacrificing temperature stability
The AUC-310-HS is a low-profile transparent heating stage designed for use with a wide range of stereo microscopes. It allows specimens to be observed while maintaining a controlled and stable temperature across the central working area.
Its high-hardness optical heating glass provides uniform heating with light transmission of more than 95%, allowing transmitted illumination to pass through the stage with minimal effect on specimen visibility.
The supplied digital controller provides convenient temperature adjustment from ambient temperature up to 60°C. The stage can be set to maintain Petri-dish samples at approximately 37°C, making it particularly useful for observing cells, embryos and other temperature-sensitive biological specimens.
