Flexible Temperature-Controlled Observation
Transparent heating with an adjustable raised platform
The AUC-320-HS is a transparent constant-temperature heating stage designed for use with a wide range of stereo microscopes. Its extended platform fits over compatible microscope bases, while four rotating support feet allow the working height to be adjusted between 60 and 95mm.
This adjustable design makes the stage particularly useful where the microscope base, transmitted illuminator or existing stage arrangement prevents the use of a conventional flat heating plate.
The high-hardness optical heating glass provides uniform heating with light transmission of more than 95%, preserving clear observation through the transparent central area.
Temperature can be adjusted from ambient temperature up to 60°C using the supplied digital controller. The system can maintain Petri-dish samples at approximately 37°C, making it suitable for observing cells, embryos and other temperature-sensitive specimens.
Adjustable Platform Design
Position the heating surface from 60 to 95mm high
Each support foot can be rotated to change the platform height. This allows the heating stage to accommodate different stereo microscope bases and experimental arrangements while keeping the transparent heated area correctly positioned beneath the specimen.
