The AUC5-243-LCD is a high-quality biological microscope designed for teaching, basic research and intensive educational use. Its infinity colour-corrected optical system delivers sharp, comfortable images, while the compound-eye illumination system provides consistent brightness across the specimen and field of view at every standard magnification.
A 13.3-inch Full HD display and Sony IMX678 camera support 8MP still-image capture, 4K video and on-screen measurement. HDMI 2.0, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi outputs support live display, documentation, teaching and device-connected workflows.

Compound-eye illumination
The specialised condenser and illumination arrangement improves specimen-surface uniformity and contrast. The field remains evenly illuminated towards its edges and across changes in magnification. Its soft, continuously adjustable LED light supports comfortable observation while reducing abrupt brightness changes and visual fatigue.
Apple, Android and computer compatibility
The microscope operates independently through its integrated display. For connected work, compatible applications support wireless viewing on Apple and Android mobile devices, with software environments for Windows, macOS and Linux computers.

Observation methods and applications
Standard brightfield observation can be expanded with optional phase contrast, simple polarisation and darkfield accessories. This supports work with stained tissue, transparent cells and bacteria, birefringent specimens and low-contrast samples.
Suitable for biological, pathological, histological, bacteriological, immunological, pharmacological and genetic applications in schools, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, colleges, universities and research centres.
