Fast, Flexible Fluorescence Illumination

The pE-300^ultra provides broad spectral coverage for commonly used fluorophores including DAPI, CFP, Aqua, FITC, YFP, TRITC, Texas Red, mCherry and Cy5. Each of the three LED channels can be selected, triggered and adjusted independently.

Multiple TTL inputs provide rapid switching of pre-filtered excitation light. When combined with suitable multi-band filter sets, the system can support imaging methods traditionally requiring a white-light source and mechanical filter wheel, without the delays or vibration associated with moving components.

High-Speed Multi-Channel Imaging

Each LED channel can be triggered independently using TTL inputs on the light source. Combined with the supplied inline excitation filter holders, this provides rapid switching between pre-filtered excitation wavelengths without requiring a moving filter wheel.

This makes the pE-300^ultra well suited to live-cell imaging, electrophysiology, high-speed multi-colour fluorescence and applications where precise timing between the camera and illumination source is required.
