DAEIL DVID-H Optical Vibration Isolation Workstation

The DVID-H brings the rigidity and mounting flexibility of a honeycomb optical breadboard into a compact pneumatic workstation. It is designed for microscopy, interferometry, optical experiments and precision inspection where a full-size optical table is unnecessary but a rigid M6 mounting surface and effective floor-vibration isolation are required.

High-Rigidity Optical Surface

• Steel honeycomb-core breadboard for high stiffness and broadband damping.
• 430-series ferromagnetic stainless-steel working surface.
• M6 × 1.0 mounting holes, with 1/4-20 available, on a 25 mm / 1 inch grid.
• 37.5 mm edge distance and ±0.03 mm surface-flatness specification.
• Suitable for magnetic optical mounting and repeatable component positioning.

Workstation Design

• Open-front welded tie-bar frame for seated operation.
• Integrated casters for positioning.
• Optional armrests, monitor arms, sliding keyboard shelves, overhead racks and power-distribution accessories.
• Custom tabletop geometry, cable through-holes and non-standard load distributions can be engineered to order.
