DAEIL DVID-T Passive Tabletop Vibration Isolation Workstation
DAEIL DVID-T Passive Tabletop Vibration Isolation Workstation
The DVID-T is a compact, self-contained passive isolation platform for bench-mounted instruments. Unlike pneumatic systems, it uses a metal-spring suspension and requires no compressed air and no electrical supply, making it straightforward to install or relocate.
Key Features
- Anodised AL6061 aluminium top and bottom plates provide a rigid but relatively lightweight platform.
- Optional M6 tapped mounting matrix for securing optical or measurement components.
- Integrated level gauge and three manual levelers allow straightforward setup on an existing bench.
- Utility-free passive operation: no compressor, hoses or power connection.
- Compact dimensions suit laboratories where a full workstation would occupy too much floor space.
Performance
| Isolator | Metal spring |
| Natural frequency | 4–6 Hz |
| Isolation at 10 Hz | 20–50% |
| Maximum payload | 90 kg standard; optional 150 kg configuration |
