Hyper E631 LED Fluorescence Light Source
Compact three-channel LED excitation for routine fluorescence microscopy
The Hyper E631 is a compact, direct-coupled LED illuminator for fluorescence microscopes. Its three excitation channels cover commonly used blue, green and ultraviolet excitation bands, making it a straightforward option for routine fluorescence imaging, teaching laboratories and microscope upgrades.
At a glance: Select the configuration according to your microscope’s optical interface, fluorescence channels and application. Excitation requires compatible microscope filters and fluorophores.
Features and system integration
Three-channel excitation
The E631 provides LED excitation peaks at 365 nm, 460 nm and 560 nm. This channel set supports common fluorescence workflows across ultraviolet, blue and green excitation bands. Select compatible filter cubes and fluorophores for the application; the light source does not replace the microscope’s excitation and emission filters.
Compact direct integration
Direct coupling provides a compact illumination arrangement at the microscope. Before ordering, confirm the microscope’s illumination port and optical interface so the correct connection can be selected.
Long-life LED illumination
The Hyper LED range is specified with an expected LED life of up to 25,000 hours. Actual service life depends on operating conditions and use.
