Hyper E640 LED Fluorescence Light Source
Four-channel broadband LED excitation for multi-channel fluorescence imaging
The Hyper E640 is a four-channel, direct-coupled LED illuminator designed for multi-channel fluorescence microscopy. It extends excitation coverage from 350 nm to 650 nm and combines four LED peaks with a 65 W power rating for general research microscopy and fluorescence imaging.
At a glance: Select the configuration according to your microscope’s optical interface, fluorescence channels and application. Excitation requires compatible microscope filters and fluorophores.
Features and system integration
Four excitation channels
The E640 provides excitation peaks at 365 nm, 460 nm, 560 nm and 630 nm. The four-channel arrangement supports multi-channel fluorescence work across ultraviolet, blue, green and red excitation bands. Compatible fluorophores and microscope filter sets should be selected for the experiment.
Direct-coupled microscope integration
The direct-coupled configuration keeps the illumination path compact. Confirm the microscope’s illumination port and optical interface before ordering to ensure the light source can be connected correctly.
Designed for general research use
The wider 350–650 nm effective range makes the E640 suitable for multi-channel imaging and general research microscopy where several excitation bands are required.
