Inverted Metallurgical Microscope – Trinocular & LED Brightfield
Inverted Metallurgical Microscope Trinocular & LED Brightfield
The AUC-604-I is a professional inverted metallurgical microscope designed for examining large, heavy or irregularly shaped specimens that may be difficult to position on a conventional upright microscope.
Equipped with long-working-distance plan achromatic metallurgical objectives and widefield plan eyepieces, it provides clear, high-resolution images across the field of view. Its inverted optical design makes it especially suitable for metallographic analysis, semiconductor inspection, materials science, precision engineering, quality control, teaching and research.
The trinocular viewing head and included adjustable 0.5× C-mount adapter allow a compatible microscope camera to be added for image capture, measurement, documentation and presentation.
