High-speed orbital mixing for microplates and up to 20 microcentrifuge tubes
The iShak BL Uno VT is an exceptionally compact digital shaker designed for rapid and uniform mixing of microplate samples. Its footprint is approximately the same size as a standard microplate, making it ideal for laboratories where bench space is limited.
A powerful brushless DC motor, microprocessor control and a precise 2 mm orbital movement provide consistent mixing across every well. The supplied interchangeable clamps accommodate different microplate styles, while the included tube attachment allows up to twenty 1.5 or 2.0 ml microcentrifuge tubes to be mixed.

Measuring only approximately 127 × 86 mm, the iShak BL Uno VT occupies very little bench space and can also be used in suitable cold rooms, incubators and fume cupboards.

Consistent Mixing Across Every Well
The carefully controlled 2 mm orbital movement produces rapid sample circulation within microplate wells. This helps achieve consistent mixing across the plate while reducing the risk of uncontrolled splashing associated with larger orbital movements.
The adjustable speed range makes the shaker suitable for gentle resuspension as well as more vigorous mixing, depending on the plate type, fill volume and application.
Quick and Secure Plate Loading
The turn-down toggle clamp allows a microplate to be slid quickly into position and held securely during operation. Interchangeable inner and outer clamp sets provide compatibility with different standard plate designs without requiring complicated tools or adjustments.
Microplate and Tube Mixing
In addition to standard microplates, the supplied PS01-A1 attachment accommodates up to twenty 1.5 or 2.0 ml microcentrifuge tubes. This increases the versatility of the shaker and reduces the need for separate plate and tube-mixing instruments.
