SCHOTT offers a range of diffusers, protection windows and polarisation accessories for the VisiLED illumination range.

Some accessories are designed for one specific VisiLED ring-light model, while others are shared across several VisiLED and EasyLED illumination heads.

Segmented Polariser Set for S80-55 – P/N 400.555

Segmented polarisation accessory designed specifically for the SCHOTT VisiLED S80-55 ring light.

Intended for use with compatible VisiLED controller configurations including the MC1500 or MC1100.

The segmented arrangement allows directional illumination to be combined with polarisation, helping control glare and reflections while retaining the benefits of segment-controlled lighting.

Diffuser for S40-75 – P/N 400.580

Dedicated diffuser for the VisiLED S40-75 Brightfield Ring Light – P/N 400.110.

The diffuser softens direct LED illumination and can help reduce harsh reflections and visible LED structures when examining reflective or uneven surfaces.

Polariser Set for S40-75 – P/N 400.575

Dedicated polarisation filter set for the VisiLED S40-75 – P/N 400.110.

Designed to help control glare and unwanted reflections when viewing polished, metallic, plastic and other reflective specimen surfaces.

Polariser Set for S80-65N-2 – P/N 400.666

Dedicated polarisation accessory for the larger VisiLED S80-65N-2 – P/N 400.266.

This configuration is intended for the compatible S80-65N-2 arrangement used with Nikon SMZ18 / SMZ25 systems.

Provides a polarisation solution for applications where reflected illumination can obscure surface detail or reduce image contrast.

Dedicated diffuser for the VisiLED S80-65N-2 – P/N 400.266.

Converts direct LED illumination into softer, more diffuse light, helping improve viewing conditions on reflective or irregular surfaces.

The SCHOTT tubular diffuser surrounds the specimen with highly diffuse illumination and can significantly reduce interfering reflections on shiny, curved and non-transparent surfaces.

It is compatible with VisiLED S80-55 and S80-25 ring lights manufactured from August 2023.

An additional paper diffuser is supplied and can be fitted inside the tube to further increase the diffusion effect.

Important: the microscope objective must provide a working distance greater than 55 mm when the tubular diffuser is installed.
