Heavy-Duty Dynamic Checkweighing
The Adam Sentinel SHD 300 is a high-capacity dynamic conveyor checkweigher developed for demanding industrial applications. With a maximum capacity of 30 kg and 1 g readability, it provides automated in-motion weighing of larger or heavier products while supporting continuous production.
Continuously variable belt speed control allows operators to optimise throughput for different product sizes and production requirements. Automatic Weighing Compensation and Zero help maintain consistent weighing performance as operating conditions change, reducing the need for manual intervention.
Multiple dashboards provide real-time production trend monitoring with Statistical Process Control, while dynamic configuration assists with automatic set-up when commissioning the system or changing products. AI-based intelligent dynamic filtering further optimises the weighing process.
