The Adam Sentinel SHD 500 is a high-capacity, heavy-duty dynamic conveyor checkweigher designed for demanding industrial applications. With a maximum capacity of 60 kg and 5 g readability, it provides precise in-motion weighing of large or heavy products while supporting continuous production.
Continuously variable belt-speed control allows operators to optimise throughput for different product sizes and production requirements. Automatic Weighing Compensation and Zero help maintain dependable weighing performance as operating conditions change, reducing the need for manual intervention.
Multiple dashboards provide real-time production trend monitoring with Statistical Process Control. Dynamic configuration supports automatic set-up during initial use or when changing products, while AI-based intelligent dynamic filtering automatically optimises weighing performance.
