Intelligent Illumination for Efficient and Consistent Microscopy
The AUC-245 Series comprises advanced biological microscopes designed for biological and medical research, teaching, pathological examination and routine clinical applications.
An infinity colour-corrected optical system, PL10X/22mm high-eyepoint eyepieces and five infinity plan achromatic objectives provide clear, bright and comfortable images from 40X to 1000X.
The intelligent illumination system works with a reversed coded quintuple nosepiece to identify the objective in use and recall the previously used illumination intensity. This supports more consistent observation while reducing repeated manual adjustment when changing magnification.
Intelligent Microscope Control
Objective Recognition and Automatic Light Memory
The microscope remembers the illumination intensity previously used with each objective. When the objective is changed, the system automatically recalls the corresponding light setting, improving efficiency and helping to reduce visual fatigue.
Coded Quintuple Nosepiece
Recognises the objective position currently in use.
Illumination Memory
Recalls the previously used light intensity for each objective.
Integrated LCD Display
Displays objective magnification, light intensity and colour temperature.
Adjustable 3000K-5600K LED Colour Temperature
The LED colour temperature can be adjusted from 3000K to 5600K. This allows the illumination appearance and specimen contrast to be adjusted for the observation requirements.
Colour-temperature adjustment is made using a straight screwdriver. The selected colour temperature is shown on the microscope’s LCD display.

The AUC-245B provides binocular observation. The AUC-245T incorporates a trinocular imaging port with a fixed 80:20 eyepiece-to-trinocular light split. Camera and C-mount adapter are optional.
