AUC-4040-RF Reflected LED Metallurgical Microscope
A reflected-light inspection system for metallurgical samples, electronic components, wafers and other opaque materials.
The AUC-4040-RF is an industrial metallurgical microscope for reflected bright-field and dark-field observation. Its long-working-distance objective set, tilting trinocular viewing head and large mechanical stage support inspection of samples where surface detail, positioning control and working clearance matter.
Typical applications
Metallurgical analysis, electronic component and PCB inspection, wafer and flat-panel display inspection, and examination of small industrial parts and surface defects.

- 5–35° adjustable, erect-image trinocular head; 50–76 mm interpupillary adjustment and 100:0 / 0:100 light split.
- Long-working-distance BD metallurgical objectives and five-position inward-facing nosepiece with DIC slot.
- Reflected LED bright-field and dark-field illumination with independently adjustable aperture and field diaphragms.
- Large, stable metal microscope frame with low-position coaxial focusing and built-in 100–240 V power.
