AUC-4050-RF Reflected LED Metallurgical Microscope
Inspect wafers, flat-panel displays, electronic components and industrial materials using reflected bright-field and dark-field illumination.
The AUC-4050-RF is an industrial reflected-light microscope designed for wafer, FPD, PCB, component and materials inspection. Its large 8-inch mechanical stage, wide-field viewing system and long-working-distance objectives support detailed inspection across a broad sample area.
Typical applications
Semiconductor wafer and flat-panel display inspection, PCB and circuit-packaging checks, metallurgical analysis, surface-defect examination, and inspection of ceramic, metal and abrasive components.
