AUC-605 Series Inverted Metallurgical Microscope – Brightfield or Brightfield/Darkfield

The AUC-605 Series comprises professional inverted metallurgical microscopes for inspecting large, heavy or irregular specimens that may be unsuitable for placement beneath an upright microscope.

Both configurations feature an infinity-corrected optical system, widefield trinocular viewing head, large mechanical stage and powerful reflected halogen illumination. The series is suitable for metallographic analysis, materials inspection, semiconductor inspection, precision engineering, teaching, research and industrial quality control.

Choose the AUC-605-I for routine brightfield examination or the AUC-605D-I when both brightfield and darkfield observation are required.
