The AUC2-274-LCD Digital Biological Microscope is a research-level system designed for college education, medical applications and laboratory research. It combines NIS60 infinity-plan optics with an integrated 6MP digital camera and 11.6-inch Full HD display.
Specimens can be observed through the extra-widefield eyepieces or viewed directly on the LCD screen. This dual viewing arrangement supports comfortable individual observation, teaching, demonstrations, group work and extended laboratory sessions.
Images and videos can be captured and stored directly on the supplied SD card. Integrated measurement functions provide additional support for analysis and documentation, while USB 2.0 connectivity allows compatible computer-based control.

NIS60 Infinity-Plan Optical System
The NIS60 optical system is designed to provide sharp, high-contrast and flat-field images across the 22mm field of view. The EW10×/22mm eyepieces use a flat-field, distortion-free design to reduce edge blur and stray light.
Standard objectives include 4×, 10×, 40× and 100× infinite plan achromatic objectives. The 40× objective provides a working distance of 1.5mm, helping reduce the risk of contamination when changing from an immersion objective.
100× Water-Immersion Objective
The standard 100× objective uses water as its immersion medium. Water is easier to clean than conventional immersion oil and helps reduce exposure to organic cleaning solvents following observation.
Intelligent Illumination and Objective Recognition
The coded quintuple nosepiece allows the microscope to recognise the selected objective. Illumination brightness can be remembered for each objective and automatically restored when magnification is changed, helping reduce repeated adjustments and visual fatigue.
The front display provides microscope status information including objective magnification, illumination intensity and standby status.

Expandable Observation Methods
The modular optical platform supports brightfield observation as standard. Optional accessories are available for darkfield, phase contrast and simple polarising observation. The system also incorporates an LED fluorescence attachment with two filter-cube positions.
