Analogue Boiling Baths

The Clifton NE1B Analogue Boiling Baths are designed for laboratory applications requiring reliable, continuous boiling of water. The range combines robust construction with straightforward analogue control for routine heating and boiling applications.

An integrated energy regulator allows the boiling intensity to be adjusted from a gentle simmer through to a vigorous boil, providing practical control according to the application.

The baths are electrically heated using a sheathed immersion heater and incorporate a constant water-level device together with protection for low-liquid-level conditions.

Adjustable Boiling Control

The NE1B range incorporates an energy regulator which controls the amount of boiling produced within the bath. This allows the operator to select anything from a gentle simmer through to a vigorous boil.

The temperature range is specified as simmer to boiling at 100°C, making the baths suitable for applications requiring either gentle heating or continuous boiling.

Flexible Vessel Accommodation

The NE1B baths are supplied with a set of concentric rings which allow the aperture to be varied according to the size of vessel being heated.

By removing the appropriate rings, different aperture sizes can be created for accommodating vessels such as evaporating dishes, glassware and round-bottom flasks.
