Clifton NE4-D Classic Stirred Digital Water Baths

The Clifton NE4-D Classic Stirred Digital Water Bath range is designed for laboratory applications requiring accurate, stable and uniform temperature control. The digital PID controller provides precise temperature regulation while continuous water circulation helps maintain temperature stability throughout the bath.

The range is available in six chamber capacities from 8 to 56 litres, allowing the same Clifton platform to be selected for smaller routine applications through to larger laboratory workloads.

NE4-D baths are designed for the immersion of flasks, bottles, racks and other laboratory vessels where a controlled and evenly heated water environment is required.

Digital PID Temperature Control

The NE4-D uses a digital PID temperature controller with an LED display showing the actual or set temperature. The controller provides 0.1°C resolution for precise adjustment of the bath temperature.

The temperature alarm is automatically set 4°C above and 4°C below the selected set point. A visual indicator and audible end message accompany the variable 00:01 to 99:59 hh:mm timer.

Stirred Water Circulation

Water circulation is used to promote even temperature distribution throughout the bath. The supplied stainless-steel shelf supports samples while allowing water to circulate around the working area.

This makes the NE4-D suitable for applications where consistent temperature conditions are required around immersed flasks, bottles, racks and other laboratory vessels.

Durable Laboratory Construction

The NE4-D is constructed using a durable stainless-steel tank housed within a sturdy outer case. Painted surfaces feature an antibacterial finish with good chemical resistance, while the controls are designed to be easy to wipe clean.

Immersed components are corrosion resistant, supporting the bath's suitability for regular laboratory use.

Factory Calibration

Before leaving the factory, each Clifton water bath is identified with a unique serial number and undergoes factory calibration. The unit is electrically tested for safety during final inspection, with the test certificate enclosed with the instruction documentation.
