CoolLED pE-4000 LED Illumination System
An advanced four-channel LED illumination system offering 16 selectable wavelengths for fluorescence microscopy, optogenetics and electrophysiology.
Advanced Multi-Wavelength Illumination
The CoolLED pE-4000 provides selectable LED illumination from 365–770 nm. Sixteen installed LEDs are arranged across four independently controllable channels, allowing the illumination spectrum to be matched closely to microscope filters, fluorophores and experimental requirements.
Rapid electronic switching, precise irradiance control and extensive triggering options make the pE-4000 particularly suitable for demanding fluorescence imaging, live-cell microscopy, optogenetics and electrophysiology.

Available Configurations
Select either the liquid-light-guide or fibre-output configuration. The appropriate light-delivery components, microscope adaptor and optical configuration must be selected for the intended microscope.
