DAEIL DVIO Optical Tabletop

The DAEIL DVIO is a research-grade honeycomb optical tabletop family for laser, photonics, microscopy and precision measurement applications. The tabletop is supplied separately from its support system, allowing it to be paired with rigid or pneumatic supports according to the experiment and floor environment.

Choose the Appropriate Grade

• Research Grade: highest structural damping and stiffness for demanding optical experiments.
• Scientific Grade: broadband-damped construction balancing strong performance and value for general laboratory research.
• Non-Magnetic Grade: SUS304 stainless-steel construction for cleanroom and magnetically sensitive applications.

Measured Performance

DAEIL impact-tests finished optical tabletops rather than relying only on calculated performance. Current published production data covers 154 impact-tested units and 600 flatness-measured standard-size units. Performance depends on tabletop dimensions and thickness, so test records for a proposed configuration can be requested.

• Research-grade reference performance: first resonance approximately 313 Hz and static compliance around 35 nm/N for the published reference configuration.
• Scientific-grade reference performance: approximately 235 Hz and 84 nm/N for the published reference configuration.
• Standard surface flatness: ±0.03 mm on current product specification.

Construction

Available Configuration

Current standard range is approximately 1,000–3,600 mm wide, 600–1,500 mm deep and 200, 300 or 400 mm thick, with custom sizes and joined-table systems available for larger experimental layouts.
