DAEIL DVIP-B Pneumatic Isolation Base
DAEIL DVIP-B Pneumatic Isolation Base
The DVIP-B is a low-profile, custom-engineered pneumatic isolation base for heavy precision instruments including SEM, TEM and metrology systems. Rather than forcing a large instrument onto a standard table, the platform is designed around the exact footprint, load distribution and support points of the equipment.
Designed Around the Instrument
- Custom equipment interface: chassis geometry is matched to instrument dimensions, mass distribution, caster points and mounting positions.
- Low-profile architecture: keeps tall or heavy tools close to their intended operating height.
- High centre-of-gravity stability: useful for electron-microscope columns and other tall precision systems.
- Stainless-steel top surface: durable precision equipment interface.
- Precision levelling option: ±0.05 mm repeatability where required.
Performance
| Isolation method | Pneumatic |
| Resonant frequency | 1.2–3.0 Hz |
| Published isolation | 80–99% |
| Payload | 400–6,000 kg, custom-engineered to the instrument |
| Levelling | ±1.0 mm standard; ±0.05 mm precision option |
Typical Applications
- Scanning electron microscopes (SEM)
- Transmission electron microscopes (TEM)
- Heavy optical and surface-metrology equipment
- Precision inspection tools with a demanding floor-vibration specification
