Digital Imaging Upgrades for Leica DM500 & DM750 Microscopes
Transform a compatible Leica binocular microscope into a powerful digital imaging, teaching and documentation system.
Important: This listing is for a digital imaging upgrade system only. The microscope shown in application images is not included. Auckland Scientific can supply a compatible microscope separately – please contact us for advice or a complete-system quotation.
Add digital imaging without replacing your microscope
These purpose-designed upgrade systems integrate with compatible Leica DM500 and Leica DM750 binocular upright biological microscopes. They provide a practical way to add live digital viewing, image capture, video recording, teaching and documentation capabilities while retaining normal binocular observation.
A professional 50:50 NPBS beam-splitter directs light simultaneously to the eyepieces and digital camera. The integrated 0.43× tube lens provides a wide field of view, while the accessible focus adjustment helps synchronise the eyepiece and displayed image.
Choose from three carefully configured Auckland Scientific solutions, ranging from a complete PC-free system with an integrated 15.6-inch 4K display to a straightforward 20 MP USB imaging upgrade for use with a Windows computer.
