Add high-resolution image capture, measurement, wireless sharing or a complete PC-free digital workstation to a Leica Ivesta 3 trinocular stereo microscope.
Important: This listing is for a digital camera upgrade system only. The Leica microscope shown in product imagery is not included. Auckland Scientific can supply a suitable microscope separately.
Upgrade the Existing Trinocular Camera Port
These imaging systems connect to the dedicated trinocular camera port of the Leica Ivesta 3. The microscope’s binocular eyepieces remain available for normal observation while the separate camera pathway provides live digital imaging.
Four solutions are available: a computer-based measuring camera, a Wi-Fi multi-output camera, a PC-free smart camera for use with an external display and an integrated smart-display system.

Dedicated Leica Ivesta 3 Camera Interface
Each system connects to the existing trinocular camera port using dedicated Leica Ivesta 3 0.43× camera optics.
- 0.43× reduction optics provide a wide camera field of view
- Focus adjustment helps synchronise camera and eyepiece focus
- The binocular eyepieces remain available for normal observation
- No binocular-head beam splitter is required
- Final optical configuration is confirmed before supply
