Live imaging and built-in tools
The 1/2.8-inch Sony CMOS sensor produces 1920 × 1080 stills and live images. HDMI output supports up to 60 fps under optimal conditions. A 12-bit colour-rendering pipeline, 42 dB signal-to-noise ratio and 69 dB dynamic range support clear colour imaging. Built-in mouse-driven software includes image and video capture, playback, white balance, exposure, zoom, flip, freeze, grids, colour adjustments and measurement functions.
Use the camera as a standalone system with an HDMI television, monitor or projector. It is suited to routine inspection, education and live demonstrations where a simple camera-to-screen workflow is useful.
What’s included and compatibility
The VC.3023 package includes a 0.37× C-mount objective, HDMI cable, 12 V power supply, USB mouse, SD card, calibration slide and conversion rings for 23.2 mm, 30 mm and 30.5 mm microscope tubes. The VC.3024-HDS adds an integrated 13-inch HD screen. Both models use a C-mount interface and HDMI output.
Euromex lists compatibility with its own microscopes and most Zeiss, Leica, Olympus and Nikon models when the correct photo-port adapter is used. Please check your camera port and display input before purchase.
