The Neuation iRupt 24P is a powerful programmable bead-beating homogenizer designed for the rapid disruption, grinding and homogenisation of biological samples.

Its high-performance, maintenance-free BLDC motor can process up to 24 × 1.5/2 ml tubes or 12 × 5 ml tubes, making it suitable for laboratories requiring repeatable processing of larger sample batches.

Adjustable agitation speed, programmable run and pause periods, multiple processing cycles and storage for up to 99 user-defined programs provide excellent control over routine and demanding sample-preparation protocols.

The iRupt 24P is supplied with one sample-holder plate and lid. Select either the holder for 24 × 1.5/2 ml tubes or the holder for 12 × 5 ml tubes when ordering.

Programmable Processing

Up to 99 user-defined programs can be saved for frequently repeated homogenisation protocols. Each program can incorporate controlled agitation, run time, pause time and multiple cycles.

This enables laboratories to reproduce established processing conditions consistently while reducing repeated manual setup.

Integrated Safety

The enclosed sample chamber and integrated lid-locking system help protect the operator during high-speed processing. The lid remains secured throughout operation, while screw-cap tubes help contain the samples and beads.
