The Universal LED Backlight provides bright transmitted illumination beneath transparent and translucent samples. It is an excellent solution for stereo microscopes, digital imaging systems and visual inspection stations where a conventional transmitted-light base is unavailable or unsuitable.

By illuminating the specimen from below, the backlight helps create a clear silhouette and improves the visibility of edges, profiles, apertures and fine structural details. Its independent design makes it suitable for use with a wide range of microscope stands and inspection arrangements.

Two configurations are available:
Select the complete ready-to-use LED set or the backlight unit alone for integration with a compatible existing illumination system.

Important configuration note: For a new installation, select the Complete LED Set. The backlight-only option is intended for customers who already have a compatible controller and power supply or who are integrating the unit into a larger illumination system.
