Powerful direct LED spot illumination with flexible gooseneck positioning for stereo microscopy, inspection and macroscopy.
Flexible Directional LED Illumination
The SCHOTT EasyLED Spot Light PLUS provides intense directional LED illumination without the separate fibre-optic light source and light guide required by a conventional cold-light system.
Each flexible gooseneck light head can be positioned around the specimen to change the direction and angle of illumination, making surface structure, relief, edges and defects easier to see.
Choose a Single Spot for straightforward directional illumination or the Dual Spot for greater control of shadows and contrast from two independently positionable light heads.

It is particularly useful where oblique lighting is required to create shadows and increase visibility of surface texture or relief.

The Dual version provides two independently positionable LED light heads.
The illumination mode can be changed between the individual heads and both heads together, allowing the direction of illumination and resulting specimen contrast to be altered without physically changing the microscope.
